Should an item arrive in less than satisfactory condition, you don't like the color or for any reason you must notify our customer support department within 3 business days of receipt to submit a claim under this guarantee. If the item arrived damaged save all original packing and packing material for an inspection by carrier if requested so we may work to file a damage claim with our carrier. Your customer service representative will assist you with arranging for the item to be returned at our expense. Refunds, if due may take 3-5 business days from receipt of the return to process. Note; refused deliveries do not fall under our satisfaction guarantee and may be subject to a restocking fee per our shipping and returns policy.
